You have a number of different options to start the quote process. You can easily fill out a WISHLIST through the website, request a quote through the contact form on the website, or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After your wishlist is created, a Chicago Props team member will review and send you a quote. After the quote is sent to your inbox, your items are reserved for 5 business days. If you choose to move forward with your order, we require a 50% deposit along with a copy of your ID, credit card on file and a signed contract agreement to confirm. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.

The rental price includes a 1 day rental or use period, 1 day to pickup and 1 day to return. Separate charges will apply for tax, packaging, trucking, delivery and pick up when necessary.

Yes, you have up to 5 business days if this is a straight rental swap. You have up to 10 business days if this is custom work. Additional charges and deposit amount may apply when necessary.
We understand things come up making you unable to follow through with your rental contract. We honor full refunds if you decide to cancel up to 5 business days provided no custom work in being down. If within the 5 business days, we retail the full deposit (50% of the order amount).
We always love hosting guests in our showroom/warehouse as well; yet, we request that you schedule an appointment so we can make sure to dedicate some time solely for you while you’re here. We pride ourselves in turning around requests within 24 hours so you can have all the necessary information to make your event dreams a reality.
We understand that accidents happen. You would be charged the cost to replace the item.

Lucky for you, we do not require an order minimum.
Fingers crossed, we might have it. Many items in our inventory are waiting to get their photo taken for the website, so there’s a chance we might have what you are looking for. Otherwise, it’s another reason for you to come in for a tour!
